Each vehicle is carefully prepared and professionally presented, bringing authentic period character, timeless British elegance and a distinctive visual presence to every production.

Our vehicles are available for static display, controlled chauffeur-driven movement, branded content, photography and selected film and television work across West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and the South Coast.

The vehicle is prepared and positioned as a hero prop, backdrop or visual feature for photography, filming, events and branded content.

Chauffeur-driven movement

Our experienced chauffeur can move the vehicle slowly under controlled conditions, subject to suitable access, insurance and the agreed production brief.

Commercial and editorial shoots

Our fleet is available for fashion, bridal, hospitality, lifestyle, heritage, luxury and countryside campaigns.

Film and television picture vehicles

Selected vehicles are available for film and television work, subject to the script, scene requirements, location, risk assessment and appropriate production insurance.

Vehicles can be presented with or without traditional wedding ribbons and flowers, depending on the visual direction of the production.

How production bookings work

1. Send us your brief

Tell us about the production, preferred vehicle, shoot date, location, timings and intended vehicle use.

2. We assess suitability

We will consider availability, access, scene requirements, movement, insurance and any creative styling requested.

3. Receive a tailored quotation

Production hire is quoted individually according to the vehicle, location, duration, preparation, usage and requirements of the brief.

4. Finalise the details

Once confirmed, we will agree call times, access arrangements, vehicle presentation, chauffeur requirements and the necessary production documentation.

5. The vehicle arrives prepared

Your selected vehicle will be presented in line with the agreed brief and managed by our team throughout the booking.

Protecting our vehicles on set

Our vehicles are generally supplied with a West Sussex Classic Wedding Cars chauffeur and must not be driven or handled by production personnel unless this has been expressly agreed in advance.

We do not offer stunt driving, racing, reckless driving, intentional distressing, damaging or other high-risk vehicle use.

Production insurance, public liability cover, appropriate permissions and a risk assessment may be required before a booking can be accepted.

Email us with your initial brief, including the proposed date, location, vehicle requirements and whether the car will be static or moving. Mood boards, scripts, call sheets and reference imagery are welcome where available.

Frequently asked questions

Can the vehicles be driven during filming?

Controlled chauffeur-driven movement may be available, subject to the vehicle, location, access, insurance and agreed scene requirements.

Can an actor or member of the production team drive the vehicle?

Our vehicles should normally only be driven by a West Sussex Classic Wedding Cars chauffeur. Any alternative arrangement would need to be discussed, assessed and agreed in advance.

Can wedding ribbons and flowers be removed?

Yes. Vehicles can be presented without wedding decoration or styled according to the agreed creative brief.

Do you provide vehicles for static photography?

Yes. Static display hire is available for commercial campaigns, fashion and editorial photography, venue content, styled shoots and other approved productions.

Do you offer stunt or high-risk driving?

No. We do not offer stunt driving, reckless driving, racing, intentional damage or other high-risk use.

How is production hire priced?

Each booking is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the vehicle selected, location, shoot duration, travel, preparation, movement requirements and intended commercial usage.

Our core coverage includes West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and locations across the South Coast. Further travel can be discussed when you submit your production brief.
